Lo’Vonia Parks brings her colorful energy and art to Charlotte through murals, guided art tours, and doggy caricatures. She has over 5 murals in Charlotte (South End, Queens University, Spectrum Center, Valerie C Woodard building, Pauline’s Tea-Bar Apothecary) and the latest can be found in the Five Points neighborhood. One of her highlights was participating in the Charlotte Black Lives Matter Street Mural. Her art style mixes history and pop culture with the goal of telling innovative stories. Her work has been exhibited at the Mint Museum Uptown and Randolph and Elder Gallery of Contemporary Art. Lo’Vonia holds a BFA from Savannah College of Art and Design.
