Interactive Art Installation: “ShoutOke Frequency”
Aguinaldo Santos is a Brazilian-born artist and architect trained in Brazil, now based in Charlotte, NC. His background in architecture shapes a practice driven by curiosity and experimentation, where forms are reshaped, materials are mixed, and functions are reimagined to uncover new possibilities. Santos is fascinated by blending elements that don’t normally meet, creating interactive works that transform familiar objects into spaces of discovery.
Since relocating to the United States in 2019, he has participated in numerous exhibitions, art festivals, and competitions, earning recognition for projects that merge design, playfulness, and community. His work seeks to dissolve boundaries between artist and audience, inviting people to step in, participate, and connect through shared creativity.
At SHOUT! 2026, Santos presents ShoutOke Frequency, a lighter, solar-powered evolution of his earlier karaoke project—celebrating music, voices and curiosity.
